With over a decade of experience in technology, design, and innovation, we are committed to helping our clients integrate a spirit of innovation within their company.
Kettu Tech was founded in 2023 by CEO Todd Leadens, building on more than 15 years of leadership across design, program management, and manufacturing engineering roles. Having directed complex engineering programs in highly regulated sectors like aerospace and medical technology, Todd experienced firsthand the intense challenges of executing high-stakes, multi-million dollar design and program changes.
While working with major aerospace and medical device corporations to meet their rigorous compliance and delivery goals, he recognized a critical gap: individual inventors and early-stage startups often struggled to kick off their physical product designs due to high entry barriers and a lack of structured, professional engineering guidance.
To solve this, Todd established a hybrid consulting framework. Kettu Tech is built to continue supporting large-scale enterprise clients in executing their critical engineering programs, while simultaneously democratizing access to high-fidelity mechanical design, program management, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) expertise for people just getting started.
