Methodology

How We Build

Our process blends human factors research with strict structural analysis. We call this process Design Driven Development.

01

1. Discover

Research & Strategy

We kick off every project by exploring constraints. We study users, audit competitor mechanics, evaluate patents, and validate regulatory paths (such as FDA or CE compliance targets).

  • User surveys and time-motion studies
  • Competitive teardowns & benchmarking
  • Material cost and margin planning
02

2. Design

Industrial & Ergonomic Styling

We blend beautiful visual styling with realistic physical envelopes. We sketch concepts, render them in 3D, and carve physical scale foam mockups to test ergonomics and grip size.

  • Industrial design sketching & rendering
  • Physical ergonomic mockup carving
  • Initial component layout envelope constraints
03

3. Engineer

CAD, Simulation, & Prototyping

The core phase. We translate industrial design files into full parametric CAD assemblies, run mechanical and thermal simulations (FEA), print 3D prototypes, and modify parts for manufacturing (DFM).

  • Parametric SolidWorks sub-assembly modeling
  • FEA stress analysis & thermal simulation
  • Functional rapid CNC & 3D print prototypes

4. Deploy

Tooling & Production Scaling

We prepare your product for factory production. We work with tooling partners to design injection molds, inspect initial test shots (T1 samples), run quality control testing, and hand off supply lines.

  • Injection mold steel tool layout review
  • T1 sample inspection & tolerance audits
  • Quality assurance testing & factory handoff
